I was skeptical about another "smart" device, but the automatic water shutoff gave me real peace of mind when we left for vacation. The water use insights are surprisingly detailed, and I've already caught a slow toilet leak I would've missed for months.
The pressure wave analysis caught a tiny drip in the basement pipe that I never would have heard on my own, and the automatic shutoff kicked in before any real damage happened. It's also been eye-opening to see exactly where all the water goes each month.
I was skeptical about the automatic shutoff, but when a toilet flapper failed while we were away, it killed the water before the downstairs ceiling got more than a damp spot. The usage breakdowns are also genuinely interesting, not just a gimmick.
